Nature of This Service

This is a private reference resource, not a government service. It does not keep official Taylor County Jail, FDC, court, VINE, federal, or immigration records. It cannot confirm custody, order or complete a release, post bond, file a public-record request, submit court papers, or act for a visitor.

Pages point toward official agencies and selected outside research tools. The government custodian remains responsible for its records, and an outside provider remains responsible for its own product and results.

Acceptable Use Rules

Visitors may use the site only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not harm people, services, or systems. In particular, a visitor must not:

• Break any federal, Florida, or local law through use of the site.
• Use information to stalk, threaten, intimidate, or harass another person.
• Use site content for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another FCRA-regulated decision.
• Seek access to an account, server, network, or data without authorization.
• Run a bot, scraper, crawler, or other automated collection process without written permission.
• Interfere with site operation or another visitor’s ability to use it.

No Consumer Reports

Taylor County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not prepare consumer reports, credit reports, or background checks. Its advertising and search partners do not provide screening services through this site. By using the site, a visitor agrees not to use its information for:

• Hiring, firing, promotion, or another employment decision.
• Tenant selection, housing eligibility, or lease decisions.
• Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance rates and eligibility.
• A license, permit, or government-benefit eligibility decision when the FCRA applies.
• Any other purpose regulated by the FCRA.

Outside Links and Services

The site links to release records, sheriff and corrections pages, courts, statutes, legal-aid resources, locators, and outside search providers. A link does not endorse the destination. Taylor County Released Inmates does not control or accept responsibility for an outside service’s content, data practices, prices, terms, security, availability, or results. Visitors should read the destination’s own policies before using it.

Service Provided As Is

All pages, links, and tools are offered “as is” and “as available.” No express or implied warranty is made that:

• Information is accurate, complete, current, or fit for a particular purpose.
• The site will remain available without interruption.
• Pages or systems are free from errors, defects, malware, or security weaknesses.
• An outside search provider will return complete or useful results.

Custody status, release dates, rosters, addresses, hours, fees, and agency procedures can change. Nothing on the site is an official statement by TCSO, FDC, the Taylor Clerk, or another government agency. Confirm important facts with the office that created the record.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Taylor County Released Inmates and its owners, operators, contributors, and service providers are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss arising from access to, inability to use, or reliance on the site or an outside link. This limitation applies even if the possibility of such loss was known.

Your Duty to Indemnify

A visitor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Taylor County Released Inmates and its owners, operators, contributors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, judgments, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from that visitor’s use of the site, violation of these terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

Ownership of Site Materials

Original text, graphics, logos, layout, and code are owned by Taylor County Released Inmates or used with permission from a content or service partner. Unless written permission is granted or law allows otherwise, visitors may not copy, republish, distribute, modify, sell, or create derivative works from those materials. Government records and agency marks remain subject to their own ownership and access rules.

Revisions to These Terms

These terms may be changed at any time. A revised version becomes effective when it is posted on this page. Continued use after posting means the visitor accepts the revised terms.

Suspension or Termination

Access to all or part of the site may be restricted, suspended, or terminated at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice. This right may be used to address misuse, protect systems, comply with law, or manage the service.

Florida Law Controls

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that may lawfully be brought must be filed in a court of proper jurisdiction within Florida.

Severability of These Terms

If a court finds any provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected provision will be limited or adjusted only as much as needed to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its intended purpose.
